How do I track my order?

①. EVPADPro Customer Service staff will send you the tracking number by Email once your package has been shipped. Please check your email in time.

②. You could also get the tracking number in your account. (Once the tracking number is updated)
Please complete the following steps to track your order:

Log in to "My Account" (located at the top of the Home Page).
Click on the Order Number you wish to track.
Click on the Tracking Number for the item you wish to track.

Parcel Monitor for DHL Express enables you to check for real-time updates
for all your parcels on one user-friendly webpage with just your tracking
number. DHL Express is a sub-division of the DHL family and specializes
in Express mail delivery services.

EVPAD TV Box EMS Shipping
To track your EMS item, please enter your 13 digit item number
(e.g. EZ987654321XX) which is given to each EMS item.
If you do not know the EMS item number, you can obtain this from the sender.​

Online, enter the 12-digit tracking number shown on your FedEx® International Air Waybill and click on 'Track' to follow the progress of your shipment. You can also sign up for exception and delivery notifications.

Please Note:

Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours to update Tracking Status.
Oversized Item Delivery Policy has special shipping arrangements. Delivery of oversized- items can take 1-2 weeks and you may not have tracking information for these items.
Until International shipments leave the China shipping hub, you may not have tracking information.
Please keep your mobile phone open during this time and pay attention to sign for the parcel.
