How to Flash the Firmware for UnblockTech TV Boxes?

Some UnblockTech TV box users come to us and ask us how to flash the firmware for their UnblockTech TV boxes. If you are experiencing the same issues, this will be a very useful article for you. We will explain it step by step. 

Box Update Tutorial

First step. Burning process. 

Please prepare 1 Micro SD card(the SD card must be a Micro SD card, formerly known as a Trans-flash card, with a minimum memory of 4G)
and a card reader, the burning process is required on the computer.

1, Open '全志卡刷工具 PhoenixCard_V310_20130618'>click 'phoenix card.exe'



2, After opening the program, please follow the following steps to burn the SD card. The detailed steps are as follows:

(i) Insert an SD card into the computer, which will automatically get the disk.

(ii) Click '鏡像文件'.

(iii) Select the required IMG file, such as S800-1215-s.IMG (Firmware), and then click '開啟'.



(iv) '燒寫模式' select '卡量產'.

(v) Finally, select '燒錄'. 

(vi) See as shown below have finished burning the program, you can turn off and unplug the card, and can enter the next program.



Second step.

1. Turn off BOX's power.

2. Insert SD card.

3. Plug-in power.

4. Wait for the upgrade completed.

5. Pull off the power supply and SD card.

6. Restart the box.
